By purchasing an item, products or custom solutions from Globrocks Corporation, you agree to our policy.
In order to eliminate any confusion, and to ensure to provide you with consistent and an extremely professional streamlined fast checkout for our products, technology solutions, and for a world class shopping experiences @ Globrocks Corporation, please read very carefully and follow our transaction policies:
Transactions and Purchasing
All product item orders must be placed online, and any subsequent follow up such as invoicing, payment and all correspondences are done electronically as we do not have a technology, electronic product, gadget sales personnel or department. Our electronic commerce systems takes care of them.
With due consideration as a Global Company, our constant dynamic business services, solutions and product enhancements, new exciting product and solutions offerings; sometimes an item or a specific custom solutions system might suddenly run out of stock due to it's popularity, high demand, or situation with manufacturers, so it's possible however unlikely, that an item may become back-ordered, in such rare exceptional case or situation, buyer agree to allow for a reasonable time frame for us fulfilling the special order.
If buyer has already paid for the item and we are unable to ship it out within an agreed reasonable or an adjusted time frame, a full refund may be issued, and buyer agree to work with us with understanding in such situations.
If for any reason in an event of a worst case scenario, or due to a catastrophic disaster, excessive losses, damage beyond the control of Globrocks Corporation in that Globrocks Corporation becomes disabled or unable due to any such unexpected event for it not to resolve an issue, buyer /purchaser would be advised if and when possible, otherwise buyer / purchaser agree to be bound by the arbitration with our merchant companies with regards to the order or purchase, so, buyer / purchaser reserve the right with our merchant than a return to leave Globrocks Corporation a negative feedback.
In many situations, some shipping companies charge more and/or additional fees for example to a residential address. Globrocks Corporation may not refund any shipping fees.
Globrocks Corporation is not responsible for typographical, technical, or descriptive errors of products on any of it's listings.

Returns and Cancellations
Order cancellations are very much discouraged to ensure faster services, avoid payment processing difficulties, confusions or delays through our payment processors, and for smoother, streamlined shopping experiences with Globrocks Corporation.
Please ensure to have updated payment information, such as verifiable full address, telephone number and name prior sending any payment to avoid order cancellations arising from such incorrect information. If you have any questions or need clarifications prior placing an order, email us with such. We will respond with 24 - 48 hours.
Buyer / Purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping / postage. It is required that buyer / purchaser prepay the shipping costs.
An incorrect purchase may not be refundable, item is yours to own.
New return items must be returned within 7 days unopened.
A 20%-35% restocking fee applies to open returned item.
Contact us by email with all the information invoice, order ID/ number, name, address and telephone number- To be advised with return shipping address and steps involved for an RMA.
Globrocks Corporation may open and tests all products to meet manufacturer's quality and functionality.
A refund or replacement may only be issued after we have tested the product and determined that it qualifies.
An item may not qualify for a refund or replacement if we determined that nothing was / is wrong with the item or that any damage was caused by the buyer/ purchaser.
Buyer / purchaser agrees that fees will be charged to buyer / purchaser for item inspection should Globrocks Corporation determine the returned product is in good working condition or that it meets manufaturer's specifications or funtionality.
Globrocks Corporation will charge fees to buyer for any missing component or accessories.
Where Globrocks Corporation determined item to qualify for replacement, you get such an option and if we do not have a comparable item, we'd issue a refund.
Warranty may not cover damage caused by misuse, unsupported tweaking, hacking, third party product enhancements or playing with item, again as stated above, such will not qualify for any sort of refund nor a replacement.
All items must be returned unopened in it's original shipping containers and in the retail packaging sealed- No Exceptions.
Globrocks Corporation shall follow and respect all manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures.
All sales are final without refund, except where Globrocks Corporation (the seller) and the buyer / purchaser has mutually agreed.
Shipping and Handling
Item shipment within 24hours of fully captured payment, or one to eight business days of receiving other kinds fully cleared payment.
Most items are shipped within 24hours, except our special custom systems solutions which sometimes take a few days or 2-3 weeks.
Globrocks Corporation may use all shipping methods available in the world including overnight, express, first class, 2-5 days, ground. media mail, Regular etc
Globrocks Corporation uses Global carriers including and not limited to DHL, USPS, FEDEX, EMS, UPS and others otherwise not mentioned.

Globrocks Corporation is a Global company, sometimes an item may suddenly go out-of-stock / or become back ordered in the Global Supply Chain due it's location, in transit or demand and supply. Buyer agree to work with us patiently to resolve any issue satisfactorily in such situations.
Globrocks Corporation may not be responsible for delays or item destroyed in transit to buyer which are caused by circumstances beyond Globrocks's control such as and NOT limited to terrorist attacks, war or natural disasters such as an earthquake, flood or any such or similar natural disasters.
Orders are only sent / shipped to the address on the buyers card which has to match, buyer / purchase agree prior placing any order.
Item destination cannot or may NOT be changed on, upon, prior shipment or during transit as it may not be honored by Globrocks Corporation or any of our shipping companies / courier service companies. Globrocks Corporation will turn down or refuse such requests.
Shipping costs are NOT refundable as shipping companies may not honor shipping refund for such services.
