The Enterprise Design Architecture, and Implementation will be performed for a Unified Messaging, Collaboration and Communications Environment using the Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (including a Migration), Office Live Communications Server 2007, SharePoint 2007 and Groove Server/ Groove Enterprise Services with Vista Enterprise Version, Communicator 2007, Live Meeting, and Office Groove throughout the company worldwide for 25, 000 and up to 250, 000 global users.
The Project Manager would work directly with the Project Consultant, the Manager Project at Globrocks Corporation who is primarily responsible for the Lead / Global Architect role. The Lead / Global Architect for Microsoft Office Communicator is responsible for the entire Project deliverables throughout the Project Lifecycle.
This Project shall involve the implementation of a Systems Operational Metrics and Measurement System for Systems Operational Information to the Business Environment.
The Global Project Manager will be responsible for managing the Full Project Life Cycle involving Planning (Briefing), Systems Analysis, Architecture/Design, Scope of Work, Practice Change Management Principles & Processes, Testing/Pilot, Development, Procurement, Implementation/Deployment, Training Phase and Post implementation Support Phases of the Project.
*Key Project Responsibilities:
Develop Project Plan, Timelines and Milestones.
Manage the rollout of MS Office Communicator 2007, Live Meeting and Office Groove 2007 throughout the company worldwide.
Present Business Technology Information and recommendations from a Business and High-Level Perspective to Business Managers.
Interface with Business Executives to gather business information that would be mapped into the Project Plan, Architecture, Design and Systems Migration Strategy from the ground up.
Perform discovery, and map the Ultimate Goal(s), and the Business Technology Side to the Project Deliverables.
Perform, and Demonstrate "Solid" Expertise in Full Global Project Life Cycle Implementations.
Will be primarily leading a five skilled Member Team (There are other teams across the Globe)
Manage the entire Project Lifecycle using MS Project, or other Proprietary choice of software from a different Vendor.
Track and Report status and Communicate with Client.
Coordinate Project Meetings with the Entire Global Teams across all the levels.
Skilled Managing Highly Complex Projects across Multiple Global Time Zones.
Heavy Understanding- Security Controls, Social Engineering, Identity Systems Management, Integration and Policies .
Track progress against milestones and report to the Project Sponsor and Globrocks Manager, Project at specific and required Intervals.
Work very closely with the Project Manager, Manager Project at Globrocks Corporation, responsible for all the deliverables to ensure that all barriers are removed.

Solid Understanding of the Low-Level Hardware Systems, Hardware Storage Systems and Sub-Systems.
Understanding of Compliance Requirements and the Implications, as applicable in SOX, IPv6, HIPAA, CISSP, CISM, SB1386, FCAPS, GLBA and FISMA.

Key Responsibilities:
Would be primarily responsible for inside and outside Cold and Warm Call Telemarketing sales of Networking Systems, PC systems, and Computer components.
Will conduct Sales of Enterprise Software, Networking Products to Businesses, the VAR's, System Integrators, Distributors, and Retailers.
Will maintain and expand existing Customer base by way of cold calling or networking resources.
Will Develop New Business Opportunities, Evaluate and Re-evaluate Prospect Accounts, and Service any Existing Accounts.
Requirements:
